Description
Type: Mini pear (cherry pear)
Fruit with oblong shape of about 30-40 mm in length and 18-35 mm in diameter, with thin skin of smooth surface, intermediate wall with dense flesh, and with compact and mucilaginous seminal cavity.
Aroma: intense, characteristic of the variety.
Taste: intense, sweet and slightly acid, with ºBrix values between 7-9 in ripe fruits.
It is known that the fruit is in the optimum point of harvest when it reaches orange red, turning to intense red in the ripening, which is acquired when it achieves the homogeneous color typical of the variety, they are collected separating the fruit from the plant preserving the peduncle ± 3 cm and placed in plastic or cardboard boxes for transfer to the profit center.

Package: Cubanita or Conchita open top cardboard boxes of ± 5kgs
Transportation: In protected and clean vehicles. During the handling, the product will not suffer any blows that could cause deterioration or damage. Everything established in NC 454 and NC 455 will be complied with.
Storage: Pallets of 90 boxes, unitarized with straps and angles that ensure the strength of the stowage for land and air transportation, plastic pallets. Stored in clean, dry rooms, free of materials that may affect the product, its quality and meeting the parameters for its conservation.
