Description

Juice obtained from the mechanical extraction of ripe pineapple, concentrated to 60° Brix by removal of water under high vacuum, with characteristic amber color of the variety of fruit used , characteristic scent of fresh properly processed fruit, no odors, and own flavor of juice properly processed fresh pineapple, no strange flavors. The industrial processing plant is a member of the International Federation of Juice Producers (IFU) and SGF (Sure Global Fair).

Brix: 60 ± 2 (20° C)

Acidity: 0.60-2.5% (expressed as anhydrous citric acid)

Package: The juice is packed in steel drums with two polyethylene bags with an approximate net weight between 240 and 248 kg ± 5 %. The packages are identified by a need for product traceability code , also showing : product name, lot number, ° Brix , ratio, net and gross weight.

Transportation: May be made in refrigerated containers on pallets two high or refrigerated 40ft High Cube with approximately 112 drums per container ship.

Storage: Frozen at temperatures not exceeding -15°C in a dry place.
