Description

Citric acid is added as regulator of ascorbic acidity and as antioxidant.

It does not contain preservatives, dyes or artificial flavors.

Varieties

Concentrated and healthy product that is made from Haden, Super Haden or other varieties, grown in the country.

Quality Characteristics
  • The puree has an intense, uniform, homogeneous orange hue. Fruity, natural, clean aroma. Smell and flavor of mango with a predominance of sweet or slightly acid notes depending on the varieties used.
  • Viscous. Soft.
  • Solubles Solids (° Bx) 28-30
  • pH (or pH) 3.70-4.30
  • HF and yeast count (col / ml) OR
  • Mesophilic aerobic microorganism count (col / ml) 0
Storage and Conservation

One year at a temperature of 2 to 8 ° C from the date of production. Freeze once opened.

Safety for the consumer

Compliance with good manufacturing practices, the HACCP plan and the aseptic packaging of the product guarantee its innocuousness, sensorial quality, durability and easy handling.

The product has the Sanitary License granted by the National Institute of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Microbiology of Cuba: PN-l800 / l5.

Container

Steel drums coated inside with food grade paint, hermetically sealed, with suncho, containing: Polyethylene bag and 55 gallon aseptic bag, net weight of 200 kg.
