Description

Juice obtained from the mechanical extraction of ripe oranges, concentrated to 66° Brix by removal of water under high vacuum , with characteristic yellow color of the fruit, odor: typical of fresh properly processed fruit, no strange odor and flavor orange juice processed properly, no strange flavors. The industrial processing plant is a member of the International Federation of Juice Producers (IFU), SGF (Sure Global Fair). Their production meets the System Controls Quality Management that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and is also certified Kosher according to the standard.

Brix: 66 ± 0.5 (20°C)

Acidity: 1.65-5.5 % (expressed as anhydrous citric acid)

Storage: The juice is packed in steel drums with two polyethylene bags with an approximate net weight between 260 and 275 kg ± 5%, or plastic bins with a single bag and approximate net weight of 1200 kg or 1300 ± 5 %. The packages are identified by a need for product traceability code , also showing : product name, lot number, °Brix, ratio, net and gross weight.

Transportation: May be made in refrigerated containers or pallets two high bins or refrigerated 40ft High Cube about 105 drums per container ship.
